LENS Neurofeedback
A Gentle Approach to Brain Regulation
If you're struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, ADHD, brain fog, emotional overwhelm, poor concentration, or simply don't feel like yourself, LENS Neurofeedback may help your brain function more efficiently and your nervous system become better regulated. It's like a "reboot" for your brain. Unlike traditional neurofeedback systems that require active participation or lengthy training sessions, LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is gentle, brief, and requires no effort on your part. Sessions are performed with your eyes closed and are well suited for both adults and children, including those who have difficulty sitting still.
A Clinical and Holistic Perspective
One thing I've learned over more than 30 years of practice is that people often come looking for the "right treatment," when the more important question is understanding what is contributing to their symptoms. Every person's history, nervous system, and life circumstances are different. Neurofeedback can be an effective tool, but it works best as part of thoughtful, individualized care.
